Q: What is your shipping process, and how long does shipping take?

Ans: All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. Once processed, you should receive your order within 2-5 business days.

Q: What is your return policy?

Ans: You have 7 days from the date your order ships to return/exchange your item. All returns are refunded via store credit. Store Credit will be issued for ALL returns. Refunds are NOT available.

Ans: No, most items never restock, so we suggest buying all the items that you love before they sell out!

Q: How do you wear runs?

Ans: It runs small, so I suggest you to order a size up.

Q: My package says it was "Delivered" but it is not there, what can I do?

Ans: If your package is lost/stolen, please contact the mail carrier according to your tracking. EMW is not responsible for lost packages. If you purchased Insurance at checkout, you can contact them directly to start your claim.
